4-Hforever

Hm.  It's been a long time since I've updated this…things have changed SO much in the past year (seriously, it has been nearly a year since my last journal).  My drawing style is changing to include more colored pencil work, shading, and detail; I haven't done much with watercolors in a while, but I plan to remedy that soon enough.  I really ought to post some of my food projects, but still have yet to remember to take photos of those…and I've undertaken a few new sewing projects.  This is gonna be one crazy spring/summer season.  Hopefully I'll have something good to share soon!

Soo...I've been pretty busy lately, what with school, church and all, and haven't had much time to photograph and post my newly completed projects and WIPs, but I will have some soon!  Currently, I'm working on turning my prom dress sketch into a reality, and it's coming along very nicely- just need to add boning, bind the remaining rough edges by hand, and put in the grommets and lacing at the back.  I even hand-dyed some of the fabric!  Soon as I have it finished, I'll put up pics.  For now, here are a couple links to the design sketches:  http://4-hforever.deviantart.com/art/Prom-2013-353776644?q=gallery%3A4-hforever%2F40012422&qo=7 http:/
